The project involved the development of a client project management system in monday.com. The system was designed to improve project management workflows and collaboration, while also providing analytics to help the team make data-driven decisions.
One key feature of the system was built-in communication. This feature enabled team members to communicate with each other and with clients directly within the platform, reducing the need for external communication channels.
The system also included file management capabilities for bids, contracts, and change requests. This feature enabled managers to easily access and share important project documents, ensuring that all stakeholders had the latest information.
To improve time management and productivity, we added time sheets for each team. This feature allowed team members to punch in and out in the mobile app and provided visibility to project managers to ensure that projects were completed within the allotted time.
We also included team assignments, which allowed managers to assign team members to specific projects and provided relevant information to the team members for the projects they are working on each day.
